Q1: After checking the MANCINI web site and finding my favorite MANCINI product, the retailer does not have the product I want. What should I do?
A1: In most cases, the retailer would be happy to order your favorite product for you. Should you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us directly at sales@mancinileather.com and we will gladly assist you in finding a store that has the product on hand.
Q2: Will my laptop fit in this case?
A2: We have hangtags indicating laptop size capacity attached to every MANCINI case. Since laptops sizes vary, we recommend you measure your laptop and compare the measurements to the case. You can also cut out a piece of cardboard to match the size of your laptop and bring it with you to the store. Insert your "cardboard laptop" into the case to ensure a proper fit.
Q3: Whom should I contact with any suggestions, praises, or complaints?

Q1: What is the MANCINI Warrantee?
A1: Our MANCINI warrantee covers all our products against manufacturing defect for periods ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the type of product. A proof of purchase is required. During the warrantee period your item wil be repaired and shipped back to you at no charge. Please refer to the warranty tag included with your product for details.
Q2: What steps do I take when I need a repair under warrantee?
A2: In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, please do not return your product to the retailer. We invite you to refer to our Repair and Return Procedure to receive the prompt service you expect and deserve. Q3: What is the lead time on repairs?
A3: We know how much you rely on your MANCINI product and we understand the importance of a quick return. As every repair is unique, the lead time can vary between 10-15 business days from the date that we received your product. Rest assured that that we consider repairs a priority and every product will be returned as quickly as possible.
Q4: Will MANCINI repair my product after the warrantee period?
A4: Pending the availablity of replacement parts, we will do our utmost to service products that have surpassed the warrantee period. Please email us detailed description of the problem at customerservice@mancinileather.com and our repair team will contact you to discuss possible solutions and provide an estimate.
