All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to let you know when it will be available to ship or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and Continental USA with the following exceptions: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, Military/Airforce addresses, APO/FPO, US protectorates, P.O Boxes. Any shipments outside of North America are not available at this time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. During holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing day, there will be a delay in processing shipments. A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am – 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
There will be a flat $10.00 shipping rate for any orders placed under $100.00. Any orders placed over $100.00, not including shipping and taxes, will receive free ground shipping. Should you wish to upgrade your shipping simply contact email@example.com for a quote. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
We must be contacted within a 24 hour period should a product arrive damaged. If the box is damaged in transit the item should be refused.
